Captions on fleeqs

Captions are controlled via the captions and layout section in each and every fleeq. Captions can appear on the right side ( in dedicated pages ) , in either per step format, or as a list.

On/or on the fleeq itself in embeddable fleeqs.

When exporting (To video) the "export to video wizard" controls the captions behaviour ( whether they are displayed or not)
